As little ones feet are all different, we have prepared a shoe size guide for you! We recommend you measure their feet before ordering, and compare it to our shoe size guide. The measurements in our size guide are insole length.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SOFT SOLE AND HARD SOLE?
Our soft sole line is made for crawlers and babies giving their first steps (sizes 2-4)! The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends soft-soled shoes for new walkers because children learn by gripping their toes on the ground. Our hard sole line is made especially for toddlers who already walk (available in sizes 5 through 8)!
DO YOU CARRY HALF SIZES?
Unfortunately, we do not carry half sizes. Leather is naturally a giving material and stretches up to a half size. With some wear, the leather will stretch and form to your little one's feet!
HOW DO I CLEAN MY LEATHER SHOES?
Spot clean your shoes with a damp cloth and a bit of soap. If you are on the road and your leather shoes get scuffed or dirty, use a baby wipe to clean them. Baby wipes are gentle enough that they will not harm the leather!

Because leather is a natural material, and our shoes are hand made from real leather, each shoe has its own unique texture and look that make it one of a kind! We always do our best to examine each and every shoe that goes out to ensure you receive one you will love!

If you change your mind or bought the wrong size, DON'T WORRY! Our shoes are valid for return or exchange for up to 14 days from purchase date.

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER ITEM SHIP?
If your order includes both IN-STOCK & PRE-ORDER items, please note that in-stock items will be shipped together along with the pre-order item once it becomes available. If you need your IN-STOCK item to be shipped first, please emails us to email@example.com, and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Also note pre-order items are expected to ship by the date written on the notice in the listing... However delays may happen! Allow one or 2 days from the day written on the notice for the item to ship.
I FORGOT TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE. CAN I STILL APPLY IT AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED?
Discount codes, shop credits, or gift cards cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed. If you get a discount code after your order is placed, you are more than welcome to use it on your next order :)
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
We have partnered with "Route Package Insurance" to offer you insurance for your package. This insurance option will cover you in case your package gets damaged, lost or stolen! All orders will automatically include insurance for $0.98, however you can always de-select the insurance option from your cart if you wouldn't like to get the package insured. By deselecting package protection, Consciously Baby is not liable for lost, damage or stolen items.
