WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
All of our orders are shipped at a flat rate of $3.99 within the USA via standard USPS shipping. Orders of $55 or more are shipped for free within the USA via UPS or USPS priority shipping. Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to pack and get your order ready. After that, standard shipping takes 2- 6 business days.
DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING WORLDWIDE?
Absolutely! Our website calculates worldwide shipping rates based on the weight of your order and location of delivery. Once you enter your international address at checkout, different international shipping providers and time frames for delivery will become available for you to choose.
Please note that International sales are FINAL and import duties and VAT charges may apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot calculate what they might be as customs policies differ widely. The customer is responsible for all import duties/customs charges/taxes. Though lost packages are very unusual, refunds are not provided, so purchase at your own risk! All prices are in US dollars.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you change your mind or bought the wrong size, DON'T WORRY! Our shoes are valid for return or exchange for up to 14 days after you receive your items.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately items marked with a SALE tag cannot be returned (These are FINAL SALE items).
To initiate your return or exchange, please contact us via email at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your items. Don't forget to mention your order number to help us find your details.
A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for your exchange. Once we receive your shoes back, we will issue you a store credit you can use to order again. If you'd like to receive your new shoes faster, simply place a new order. Once we receive your shoes back we will issue you a refund instead of a store credit. The cost of the pre-paid shipping label ($6.00) will be deducted from your store credit once we process your return. Also note the initial shipping cost will not be returned on store credit, as it has already been used to ship to your door.
A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for your return. Once we receive your shoes back, we will issue you a refund to your original form of payment. The cost of the pre-paid shipping label and a re-stock fee ($8.00) will be deducted from your refund once we process your return. Also note the initial shipping cost will not be returned on your refund, as it has already been used to ship to your door.
To be eligible for a return, the shoes must be unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
International orders are responsible for shipping back via courier of choice. We cannot provide you a pre-paid shipping label at this time.
If your order includes both IN-STOCK & PRE-ORDER items, please note that in-stock items will be shipped together along with the pre-order item once it becomes available. If you need your IN-STOCK item to be shipped first, please emails us to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Also note pre-order items are expected to ship by the date written on the notice in the listing... However delays may happen! Allow one or 2 days from the day written on the notice for the item to ship.
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
Please note that once a package is marked as 'Delivered', Consciously Baby will not be held responsible for replacing if stolen, missing or accidentally shipped to an old or invalid address provided by the customer. We have partnered with "Route Package Insurance" to offer you insurance for your package. This insurance option will cover you in case your package gets damaged, lost or stolen! All orders will automatically include insurance for $0.98, however you can always de-select the insurance option from your cart if you wouldn't like to get the package insured. By deselecting package protection, Consciously Baby is not liable for lost, damage or stolen items.
